Passion: Salvation's Tide Is Rising Debuts At No. 3 On Billboard Digital Albums Chart, No. 6 On Billboard Top Albums Chart

Album marks seventh Passion release to debut at No. 1 on  Billboard's Christian Albums Chart

Passion hit iTunes Top 3 just behind Adele and Justin Bieber

Nashville, Tenn. (January 13, 2016) — Passion: Salvation's Tide Is Rising skyrocketed up the charts after its January 1 digital release, debuting at No. 3 on Billboard's Digital Albums Chart and No. 6 on Billboard's Top Albums Chart. The album also debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Christian Albums Chart, making it the seventh Passion release to do so.

Upon hitting iTunes, the album instantly shot to No. 1 on the Christian Albums Chart, quickly making its way to the Top 3 albums overall, just behind Adele and Justin Bieber.

Featuring Chris Tomlin, Crowder, Matt Redman, Christy Nockels, Kristian Stanfill, Melodie Malone, Brett Younker and Jimi Cravity, the worship anthems were introduced to more than 40,000 18-25 year olds at Passion 2016 conferences held in Houston and Atlanta arenas January 2-4.

During Passion 2016, students donated $811,813 to help construct a hospital in war-torn Syria. Once completed, the hospital will serve 12,000 women and children each year and will offer one of the few neonatal intensive care units in the country. Also making an impact locally, students filled bins with thousands of towels and socks - two of the most needed items at homeless shelters - upon arrival at each Passion 2016 location. This year, Atlanta’s City of Refuge and Houston’s Star of Hope received the needed items.

The Afters Celebrate "Live On Forever" Music Video Premiere With Fans Via Live Chat

(January 12, 2016) — The Afters blew fans away this morning with the premiere of their highly-anticipated new music video for "Live On Forever." The band debuted the video for their latest single exclusively on their website and spent time hanging out with fans online in celebration.

Colton Dixon Marries Annie Coggeshall In Nashville, As PEOPLE Magazine Exclusively Features Wedding And Photos

Nashville, Tenn. (January 11, 2016) — Exclusively featured on PEOPLE.com, Colton Dixon married Annie Coggeshall in Nashville last Friday. The popular weekly will be the first to run additional photos of the wedding in their upcoming print issue, hitting newsstands this Friday. In attendance along with family and friends were fellow musicians TobyMac, Steven Curtis Chapman, Seth Morrison from Skillet and Michael Tait from Newsboys.

Colton sang “Can’t Help Falling In Love” (in honor of Elvis' birthday) to Annie during the wedding ceremony while Annie sang a song she wrote for her dad and Colton during the reception. "I'm overwhelmed," Dixon told PEOPLE just after the ceremony. "There's so much joy!" Colton's sister Schyler also performed, singing "How Great Thou Art," while their uncle played piano.

Making the evening even more magical, Chapman performed his song "Cinderella" during the bride's Father-Daughter dance.

Zedekiah Aric James Roach was born to Stars Go Dim drummer, Josh Roach and Audrey Roach Monday, January 4, 2016.

Stars Go Dim is currently out on the Winter Jam tour, and Josh’s red eye flight from Grand Rapids to Tulsa the night before his son's birth was cancelled at the last minute.

Upon hearing this, the members of Stars Go Dim immediately left the Winter Jam venue, rented a car, and drove him the 850 miles (12.5 hours) home, arriving at the hospital with one hour to spare.

Congratulations to Josh, Audrey, big sisters Allie and Kylee and baby Zeddy!

(January 4, 2016) — Several of the world's most renowned worship leaders came together to write and record Passion: Salvation's Tide Is Rising, which debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes Christian Albums chart and reached the Top 5 overall after its January 1 digital release. Young adults from all 50 states, 51 countries and more than 1,600 universities gathered across three locations in Atlanta (Infinite Energy Arena and Philips Arena) and Houston (Toyota Center) January 2-4. Special musical guests included Rend Collective, Hillsong UNITED and surprise performers KB, Trip Lee and Tedashii, while students heard from renowned speakers Louie Giglio, John Piper, Christine Caine, Ravi Zacharias and Levi Lusko. The conferences took place simultaneously as bands traveled between locations, and each venue experienced live and simulcast teaching from speakers.

Along with continued support for the END IT Movement to end modern-day slavery, students also donated money for the construction of a hospital to serve at-risk mothers and children in war-torn Syria. Throughout the weekend, students proclaimed the name of God, joining together to sing anthems of worship from Passion: Salvation's Tide Is Rising. (December 15, 2015) - Phil Wickham's acclaimed single "This Is Amazing Grace” was honored with RIAA Gold Certification for both sales and streams of the song off of his 2013 project, The Ascension. Reaching No. 1 on Billboard’s National Christian Audience Chart, "This Is Amazing Grace" received top honors at the 2015 BMI Christian Awards for Song of the Year and earned Wickham three nominations at this year's 46th Annual GMA Dove Awards, including a nod for Song of the Year. The hit single was the most played song on Christian radio for 2014, topping Billboard's 2014 Christian Airplay Song Year End Chart at No. 1. In addition to sales and radio success, the song is No. 2 on the US chart of Christian Copyright Licensing International, recognizing it as one of the most-often-sung worship songs in the church today.

"I am blown away with how the Lord has used 'This Is Amazing Grace'," says Wickham. "For the song to reach this achievement is such an honor and I'm so grateful."

His highly anticipated project Children of God is expected to release in April 2016.

Billboard Premieres Live Version of Hillsong UNITED’s “Even When It Hurts” Music Video As Song Assists In Syrian Refugee Crisis

Song given away with donation to World Vision’s
Syrian refugee efforts

(Dec. 8, 2015) - After an exclusive music video premiere on Billboard.com, platinum selling Hillsong UNITED’s “Even When It Hurts” is being given away with a donation to the international work of World Vision as they aim to provide Syrian refugee families with urgent care and a better future. Reflecting the journey of the song from the studio to the live stage, the video for the live version of "Even When It Hurts" was filmed in four locations spanning the globe, including Capitol Records (Los Angeles), Club Nokia (Los Angeles), Hillsong Church (Sydney) and Hillsong Conference (Sydney). The song, originally found on Hillsong UNITED's critically acclaimed EMPIRES, is available for download at Hillsong.com, with a minimum donation of .20 to World Vision's efforts to serve Syrian refugees.
